C. Patrick McKellar serves as President of Third Coast Security Consulting, Inc. Mr.

McKellar has over 15 years of experience as a former U.S. Army officer, Special Agent

and Assistant Special Agent in Charge with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. As

an officer in the U.S. Army he served as tank platoon leader and on active duty with the

Counterdrug Division where he supervised approximately 20 soldiers assigned in a law

enforcement counternarcotics role. He has worked for the past ten years with the TBI in

almost every capacity, the last three of which were in a supervisory role as an Assistant

Special Agent in Charge. He has worked a broad range of cases to include health care

fraud, public corruption, white collar crime, violent crime, homicide, and narcotics. Mr.

McKellar's primary assignments during his time at TBI have been to task-force level

federal investigations. He has also served as the Chief Firearms Instructor for the TBI

and as the state coordinator for the Governor's Task Force on Marijuana Eradication and

the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area. Mr. McKellar is a member of the American

Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
